Seoul Knights - Anyang 94-79

Knights outrebounded Anyang 41-25 including 30 on the defensive glass. Knights players were unselfish on offense dishing 23 assists. American center Jameel Warney (203-1994, college: Stony Brook) nailed a double-double by scoring 38 points (!!!), 16 rebounds and 6 assists for the winning side and guard Jaehyun Oh (185-1999) accounted for 20 points and 4 assists. American Robert Carter (206-1994, college: Maryland) came up with 21 points, 9 rebounds and 6 assists and the other American import forward Jamil Wilson (201-1990, college: Marquette) added 14 points and 6 assists respectively for Anyang in the defeat. Four Anyang players scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest.

Jets outrebounded Kings 42-24 including a 31-20 advantage in defensive rebounds. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Jets made 9 blocks. Australian forward Xavier Cooks (203-1995, college: Winthrop) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 24 points, 23 rebounds and 8 blocks (on 10-of-13 shooting from the field) for the winners and American forward John Mooney (206-1998, college: Notre Dame, agency: Pensack Sports) chipped in 22 points and 11 rebounds (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field). At the losing side Taiwanese-American guard Joseph Lin (186-1992, college: Hamilton) responded with 21 points and 5 assists and Australian guard Hayden Blankley (198-2000, college: WT) scored 17 points. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
